This mandoline will allow you to make fries and julienned vegetables very quickly thanks to the included accessories.

Its dimensions are as follows:

- length: 39.5cm

- width: 11.5cm

- depth: 4cm.

Ideal for both domestic/amateur and professional use.

Simply slide the vegetables effortlessly from one side or the other of the mandoline to obtain smooth or wavy slices. This kitchen utensil also cuts into sticks thanks to the interchangeable julienne blocks of 1, 2.4, 7, and 10 mm.

This mandoline features a safety pusher made of polycarbonate. The Bron-Coucke mandoline is made from high-quality stainless steel.

Avoid washing it in the dishwasher. Rinsing under running water is sufficient to prolong the lifespan of the blades. Indeed, the mandoline blades are made of hardened stainless steel and do not have the same corrosion resistance as the rest of the device. This resistance can vary depending on the type of detergent used in the dishwasher. Moreover, prolonged use of the dishwasher can blunt the blades over time.

The mandoline is designed to require minimal maintenance.
