Discover the Compact-PRO BASALTE mandoline in stainless steel, made in France by Louis Tellier, a renowned French brand.
This mandoline, equipped with ergonomic feet and a pusher, is carefully crafted. It also comes with 2 thinning combs (4 and 10 mm).
This mandoline embodies the influence of French and Japanese culture, entirely made of stainless steel.
Its performance is distinguished by the variety of cutting thicknesses, ranging from 0.5 mm to 10 mm, as well as a cutting width of 95 mm.
The BRON adjustment system (camshaft) ensures safe cutting, complemented by the new manual and ergonomic protective pusher.
Compact, lightweight and easy to handle, this mandoline is equipped with a diagonal and perforated blade made in Thiers, reducing vegetable adhesion for precise and quick cuts.
It easily adapts to containers and is perfectly suited for GN1 or 1:2 trays for horizontal cuts.
Its foldable, removable and non-slip foot adds to its practicality.
