With its olive wood handle each piece becomes unique.
The blades are made and machined with the best stainless steel for surgical instruments, to provide you with a precise and durable cut.
These knives are entirely forged in a single piece of metal to guarantee better resistance to use and perfect balance in the hand. With a stainless steel blade of great nobility, it has 5 brass rivets.
This block contains the essential knives for everyday cooking:
- 1 paring knife with a 9cm blade,
- 1 vegetable knife with a 13cm blade,
- 1 kitchen knife with a 20cm blade,
- 1 carving knife with a 20cm blade,
- 1 bread knife with a 20cm blade.
Sharpening:
This gesture must always be carried out:
- from the heel of the blade to its tip
- without pressing the blade too hard on the strop

Maintenance:
Knives are above all tools that deserve special care.
They should be used for cutting food only.
Although some can be washed in the dishwasher, we strongly recommend hand washing, immediately followed by drying with a soft cloth.
Indeed, both detergents and contact with other stainless steel alloys (forks, spoons) as well as the pressure of the jets attack the metal and damage the sharpness of the blades.
It is recommended to resharpen the blade from time to time in order to maintain a perfect cut.
