This "COUPE-TOUT" cutting accessory is made in France by the artisans of the CLAUDE DOZORME workshops .
Very versatile, it allows you to cut any food, placing it in the hole. Then simply lower the machete to make the cut.
This way you can cut:
- vegetables
- fruit
- meat
- fish
- sausage
The stainless steel blade has a heat treatment and an epoxy coating for better hygiene. The rockwell hardness of the blade is between 54 and 56 HRC.
The wire cutting blade is made of high-end X50CrMoV15 steel, the razor edge is on two angles for a clean and easy cut.
The blade is removable, so it can be cleaned easily.
The beech base with groove prevents the wire from breaking and offers an aesthetic touch to this aesthetic accessory which can be placed on a table.
The handle is made of black methacrylate.
