These stainless steel saucepans have pouring edges. They are made up of5 layers of materials: 3 layers of stainless steel and 2 of aluminum. The thickness of the pans is approximately 2.3mm.

These pans heat up very quickly thanks to the five layers of materials. Once off your heat, cooking stops instantly. The heat is distributed evenly over the entire skirt of the pan, which is ideal for cooking reductions and sauces for example!

The tail, which is guaranteed low temperature, is riveted and ergonomic for a comfortable grip. Its design is very refined.

These pans are compatible with all heat sources INCLUDING induction.

Strange Handles.

These saucepans are great, just like the other reviewer said. However, I do have one gripe: the handles have a strange curve I can’t get used to. In front of the curve the handle is too hot to grab, behind the curve leverage works against you. The curve itself is kind of slippery too. If you grab the handle with a towel they work great. A real chef always has a towel tucked into his apron. But I don’t, so the handles are a bit of a bother for me.

Brilliant Pans

Been wanting to upgrade to De Buyer for a while and am not disappointed. The quality is great and cooking has become more enjoyable. I have had de Buyer frying pans for a while, but was umming and ahhing on whether to switch to their saucepans as well... very, very happy I did it. These are a pleasure to use, heat evenly and well, cook beautifully and very simple to clean as food/debris slides off... awesome product.
