- one 24cm frying pan with a healthy, non-stick Exceliss coating PFOA and PFAS free. They are compatible with all cooktops, including induction, and ovens. Mutine pans, made of 18/10 stainless steel, preserve the flavor of food during cooking. Furthermore, their mirror-like finish adds a touch of elegance to your kitchen.
These two stainless steel pans with removable handles are ideal for searing meats:
Thanks to the quality of their heat-diffusing base, they allow for perfect searing without the need for additional water or fat. Cooking meats in stainless steel offers the advantage of creating delicious meat juices once the pan juices have been deglazed.
Stainless steel allows for very rapid temperature rise. This temperature is uniform throughout the entire pan.
When the handle is removed, the Mutine stainless steel pan transforms into a serving dish, making it convenient for finishing a dish in the oven.
