De Buyer's Affinity range offers premium stainless steel kitchen utensils, specially designed to be compatible with all heat sources, all hobs, including induction and the oven. These utensils stand out for their thickness, with 2.8 mm for frying pans and 2.3 mmfor the other pieces in the collection.

They are versatile and suitable for various cooking methods such as browning, blanching and pan-frying, and can be used to cook meat, fish, vegetables, pasta and eggs. Their shiny polished finish makes them both stylish and functional.

Affinity cookware is designed with a multi-layered bottom (5 ply) for even heat distribution. They are equipped with a cast stainless steel tail with a riveted fixing and a heat stop mechanism for safe handling. In addition, they are dishwasher safe and have a practical pouring rim.

The Affinity range is distinguished by its careful design, offering an aesthetic and ergonomic shape. They are entirely in one piece, which makes them robust and scratch-resistant thanks to their 18/10 stainless steel composition. These utensils heat quickly and evenly, preserving nutrients, saving time and energy.
