De Buyer Choc Intense set of 3 frying pans

Set of 3 Choc Intense round frying pans, manufactured in France by the Debuyer workshops.

These 3 forged aluminum pans are equipped with anon-stick coating. The forging manufacturing process guarantees strength and durability. The high quality PTFE non-stick coating is guaranteed PFAO and PFOS free.

These pans are ideal for gentle and healthy cooking: their non-stick property allows you to reduce the use of fat.

The 4mm thick forged aluminum body is non-deformable and very resistant to abrasion and high heat. The riveted stainless steel and French-curved tail allows for easy grip and handling.

Stoves compatible with all heat sources, including induction.

In this set, you will find 3 pans with the following dimensions:

- Diameter 20cm:

outer diameter 20.8cm; inner height 3.8cm; total length 38cm

- Diameter 28cm:

outer diameter 28.8cm; interior height 4.6cm; total length 51cm

- Diameter 32cm:

outer diameter 32.8cm; inner height 4.8cm; total length 60cm

We advise you to avoid thermal shock and ensure a gradual rise in temperature. To maintain all these non-stick properties, avoid overheating your pans (250° maximum). Preferably use wooden or plastic utensils. Easy maintenance using a sponge and dishwashing detergent. These pans are suitable for all heat sources including induction.
