For best results, carefully spread the dough into the ring, then prick the base with a fork. Next, let the mold and dough rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes (while preheating the oven to 210°C or 410°F). Then, line the mold with parchment paper and cover the surface of the dough with lentils, ceramic baking weights, or dried beans to prevent it from rising. We recommend baking for 15 to 20 minutes at 150°C.
