For successful baking, we recommend carefully spreading the dough in the ring, then pricking the base with a fork, for example. Next, let the mould with the dough rest in the fridge for 30 minutes (while preheating the oven to 210°C or 410°F). Then place baking parchment in your mould on which you put lentils, clay beads, or beans over the entire surface of the dough to prevent it from rising. We recommend 15 to 20 minutes baking at 150°C.
