Domed wok from the Mineral B BOIS collection, made in France by DEBUYER.
Ideal for quickly and healthily cooking your food with little fat, but also for caramelizing. Made of white steel coated with beeswax to protect the wok from oxidation and facilitate seasoning. Seasoning is gradual thanks to a natural non-stick coating.
The temperature rises very quickly with even heat distribution.
The small, flat bottom provides stability to the wok.
The wok features a riveted, French-curved, ergonomic handle. It is covered with two Vosges beech wood plates finished with beeswax. These plates protect from heat and provide a better grip.
For the 32cm size, the wok features, in addition to the handle, a riveted stainless steel handle for a better grip.
