This wok is ideal for cooking, searing, simmering and stir-frying foods: vegetables, seafood or meats.
The lid helps to retain moisture.
Its diameter is 37cm.
It is suitable for cooking for 6 to 8 people.
The inside of this wok is black enamelled, which provides better scratch resistance and makes cleaning easier.
Cast iron, an iron alloy rich in carbon, is one of the best materials for retaining heat, distributing it slowly and redistributing it perfectly evenly. Once the cast iron is sufficiently hot, its heat retention properties allow the heat to be reduced to a minimum, to gently simmer dishes.
This wok can be used on all hobs, including induction, as well as in the oven.
