Domed wok from the Mineral B collection, made in France by DEBUYER.
Ideal for cooking your food quickly and healthily with little fat but also for caramelizing. Made of white steel sheet coated with beeswax to protect the wok from oxidation and facilitate seasoning. Seasoning is done gradually thanks to a natural non-stick coating.
The temperature rises very quickly with uniform heat diffusion.
The small flat bottom provides stability to the wok.
The 24 and 28cm dimensions have a riveted, French-curved and ergonomic strap handle.
For the 32cm dimension, the wok has, in addition to the handle, a riveted stainless steel handle for a better grip.
Can be used on all hobs including induction.

Advice: Season the pan before first use. Preheat with a little fat.
Maintenance: deglaze, rinse with hot water, wipe and lightly oil. Store in a dry place.
