CARE:
Season your wok before first use: clean it with hot water and let it dry. Then, brush the inside with a little vegetable oil. Heat over low heat for a few minutes and wipe off any excess oil.
Wash your wok under hot water with dish soap and a non-abrasive sponge.
For delicate cleaning, feel free to soak your wok in hot water.
It can also be washed in the dishwasher.
Dry your wok thoroughly after washing and make sure it is completely dry before storing. If oxidation does occur, however—it's harmless—apply a little cooking fat to the affected areas.
