CARE::
Season your pan before first use: clean the pan with hot water and let it dry. Then, brush the inside with a little vegetable oil. Heat over low heat for a few minutes and wipe off any excess oil.
Wash your pan under hot water with dish soap and a non-abrasive sponge.
For delicate cleaning, feel free to soak your pan in hot water.
It can also be washed in the dishwasher.
Dry your pan thoroughly after washing and make sure it is completely dry before storing. If oxidation appears—this is harmless—apply a little cooking fat to the affected areas.
