This pan is very easy to maintain. Simply deglaze and rinse it after use, then season it with a little oil before storing it in a dry place. It is not suitable for the dishwasher and must not be cleaned with dishwashing liquid. It will naturally darken after a few uses, which will make it non-stick progressively thanks to seasoning. You can purify it occasionally by cooking coarse salt in it.
