De Buyer Choc B crepe pan in wood - 2 sizes

Debuyer manufactures in France the crepe pan from the collection CHOC B BOIS.

Non-stick, this crepe pan will be ideal for making crepes, pancakes and pancakes.

Made of aluminum, forged (which makes aluminum more resistant), with a thickness of 4mm, the pan is non-deformable.

The attached base is made of ferritic stainless steel (AISI 430), which makes this crepe pan compatible with all heat sources , including induction.

Inside and outside, a structured and ultra-resistant black coating is guaranteed PF0A and particle-free.

Very resistant to abrasion and high heat, this pan has optimal slipperiness, practical for cooking and pouring the crepes into a dish.

The French-curved strap tail is fixed, riveted and robust. It is dressed with two Vosges beech wood plates. These pads have a beeswax finish to protect them from heat and to provide better ergonomics.
