This stockpot with lid is part of the Inocuivre collection. It is perfect for all your preparations including soups or pot au feu (beef stew). The large volume will enable a better evaporation and a cooking set according to your wishes.
This de Buyer stockpot from the Inocuivre collection has several advantages:
- The stockpot is 90% copper and this material offers an excellent thermal conductivity as well as a better conservation of the flavors and thus a better taste.
- The stockpot is also made of 10% stainless steel which is perfectly food grade. The low proportion of stainless steel does not alter copper properties. The two riveted handles create an elegant design and an easy handling.
This stockpot with lid is perfect for a better water evaporation thanks to its large volume and an optimal cooking for your soups and other slow cooking preparations. Thanks to its elegant design, it will be perfect for a table service. You can use this stockpot on all types of hobs except induction. Thanks to an induction disk relay that you can find among the accessories, the stockpot can be adapted to all types of hobs including induction.
