Preferably use a rack to place the mold during cooking instead of a baking tray, to ensure better heat convection. Do not use the grill function of the oven. The mold must not cook with empty cells.
The mold is suitable for the dishwasher, however successive washings can dry out the cells. In this case, simply lightly grease the mold again.
