The mini-muffin elastomer is made in France by De Buyer.

It has perfect heat conductivity.

It allows you to make up to 9 or 15 mini-muffins (depending on the model you choose) in a single cooking.

Its composition gives it properties for very easy demolding after use in the oven or when freezing from -70°C to +300°C.

The muffins will be cooked evenly to be nicely golden.

Preferably use a rack to place the mold during cooking instead of a baking tray, to ensure better heat convection. Do not use the grill function of the oven. The mold must not cook with empty cells.

The mold is suitable for the dishwasher, however successive washings can dry out the cells. In this case, simply lightly grease the mold again.
