SILPAT special macaron baking mat in silicone 42x29.5cm

The SPECIAL MACARONS baking mat, made in France by SILPAT is made of silicone and glass cloth.

You can make 20 macaron shells per batch, thanks to the 20 markings on the mat.

This mat allows you to make perfectly sized (5cm in diameter) and uniform macarons.

Indeed, the inner circle represents the amount of dough to put in before cooking. To successfully pipe your shells, we recommend using a piping bag with a 7mm smooth nozzle.

USE:
