The electric convection oven MR280 (mini oven) or MR380 is manufactured in France by Roller Grill.
Two capacities are offered : 26 liters or 38 liters.
FEATURES :
Thanks to its innovative heating system, this entirely stainless steel oven quickly reaches amaximum temperature of 250°C in just 5 minutes! The natural convection oven, combined with infrared quartz technology, is equipped with an infrared grill and an armored bottom resistance to exceptional cooking performance.
Natural convection, a traditional cooking method, involves heating air at the base of the oven (or "sole") by a shielded resistance, which then moves upwards by convection.
This hot air transmits its heat to the food through the walls and roof of the oven, ensuring uniform and tasty cooking.
As for infrared quartz, it is an Alferon resistance housed inside a siliquartz tube. This technology uses harmless radiation (1050°C) to cook food without the need for preheating, while eliminating smoke and unwanted odors
The combination of these two technologies makes this oven a true culinary Swiss army knife.
