This fryer has the advantage of guaranteeing frying without the transmission of tastes and odors.

In fact, the cold zone feature integrated into the RFN 4 professional electric fryer guarantees an unrivaled frying experience, perfectly preserving the flavors and aromas of the food, without any transfer of taste or unwanted odor. The main advantage of the fryer lies in its ability to minimize oil consumption while avoiding the carbonization of food particles.

This cold zone allows a succession of frying operations in the same oil bath, thus offering great versatility in cooking foods such as fries, fish or donuts.</p >

A temperature difference of 100°C is observed between the oil located at the bottom of the tank and that above the resistance, thus defining this cold zone. The technology of this cold zone is based on an automatic system of oil filtering by decantation.

During the cooking process, thefrying residue is captured at the bottom of the stainless steel fryer, while the oil remains clean and usable for further frying, thus preserving its integrity taste.

The rectangular design of the basket also allows for frying large foods such as whole fish, pieces of poultry or sausages, thus expanding the culinary possibilities.< /p>
