The 6 gourmet madeleines plate from the GOBEL brand is a kitchen utensil dedicated to making gourmet madeleines.
With dimensions of 395 x 200 mm, this plate offers enough space to cook six XL madeleines simultaneously. These madeleines promise a golden and crispy texture on the outside, while remaining soft on the inside. The size of each imprint is 10.6 x 6.6 cm, providing generous and appetizing madeleines.
The plate is designed to withstand high temperatures, with a support capacity of up to 250°C, which allows great versatility of use for various recipes for madeleines and pastries .
It is made of steel, coated with a two-layer ceramic-reinforced non-stick coating. This composition gives the plate robustness and durability, with a thickness of 0.5 mm also ensuring excellent thermal conductivity for uniform cooking.
It is not necessary to add fat to the bottom of the indentations before baking. This coating makes it easier to unmold the madeleines, ensuring that your preparations are released without difficulty, for an impeccable result each time.
