Made from ceramic, this baking tray will allow you to bake 6 small loaves. This mold has a lid.
The 6 mini-loaves will be of different shapes: you will get 2 mini-baguettes, 2 round mini-loaves and 2 rectangular mini-loaves.
Ceramic will allow you to obtain perfect baking of your rolls: a very crispy crust and an airy crumb. Removing them from the mold and cleaning the plate will be easy. The ceramic used is composed of 100% ingredients of natural origin.
The lid is on the inside, not enameled, in order to recreate the perfect humidity level to give it an incomparable crispness.
