This Alchimy glass lid is made in France by Debuyer.
It is designed to fit perfectly on utensils from the Alchimy and Affinity range: saucepans, stewpots, sauté pans... Be careful, this lid curved does not fit perfectly with the pans in these collections.
In glass, it has a stainless steel circle,deep, which adapts to pouring edge of the utensils from the two ranges mentioned above. It also has a stainless steel button as well. This button is marked De Buyer, which adds elegance to this cover.
The glass will allow you to have good visibility of your food. This makes it easier to control cooking. If you want to simmer small dishes or leave your preparations warm, this lid will be your essential.
This lid is also oven safe, up to 250°C. You can clean it in the dishwasher without any problem.

This lid is oven safe up to 250°C, we nevertheless advise you to avoid the grill function and thermal shock so as not to weaken the glass. It is dishwasher safe.
