Usage advice:
We recommend washing your lid with hot water and dishwashing liquid before first use. Over time, the copper will oxidise and change colour; this is normal and rest assured it will retain all its conductivity qualities. You can use a copper care paste to restore the shine of your utensil.
Also, it is important not to use harsh detergents or bleach on your copper utensil. This product is not dishwasher safe, and you should avoid using metal sponges or steel wool which could cause scratches.
Delivery time: 8 days
The Baumalu brand was created in 1971 in France, more precisely in Baldenheim, a picturesque Alsatian village.
All Baumalu copper creations are treated with the greatest care, in the Baldenheim factory, in Alsace. This region is the essence; it saw the birth of this know-how and accompanies it through its long gastronomic tradition.
Each of the productions has its own identity, shaped by the symbiosis that the craftsmen live with their machine tools. The process is not automated, humans intervene at each stage to guarantee the validation of the technical, aesthetic and qualitative criteria.
