CARE:
This pan is very easy to care for. Simply deglaze and rinse it after use, then season it with a little oil before storing it in a dry place.
It is not dishwasher safe and should not be cleaned with dish soap. It will naturally brown after a few uses, which will make it non-stick with continued use thanks to the seasoning.
You can purify it from time to time by boiling coarse salt in it.
