The Ultralu® aluminium is a thick aluminium reinforced by anodisation to obtain an ultra-hard and warp-resistant surface.
These pans have a non-stick Exceliss+ coating without PFOS, PFOA, or NMP.
They are ideal for cooking meat, eggs, fish, vegetables...
The thermo-diffuser base ensures perfect heat distribution.
The aluminium provides fast and even heat diffusion.
These pans are compatible with all heat sources, including induction and oven (up to 300°C).
Their handle is made of black thermoset resin.
Pans suitable for dishwasher cleaning.
