Set of 3 removable frying pans from the Mutine collection, made in France by Cristel.
The Mutine Removable collection offers frying pans made of 18/10 stainless steel with a mirror polished finish.
This set includes:
- two frying pans entirely in stainless steel (20cm and 28cm)
- one 24cm frying pan with an Exceliss non-stick coating, healthy, free from PFOA and PFAS.
They are compatible with all heat sources including induction and oven.
The Mutine frying pans, made from 18/10 stainless steel, preserve the flavour qualities of food during cooking. Moreover, their mirror polished finish adds a touch of elegance to your kitchen.
The two stainless steel pans with removable handles are ideal for searing meats:
thanks to the quality of their diffuser base, they allow perfect searing without the need to add water or extra fat. Cooking meat in stainless steel has the advantage of creating delicious meat juices once the fond is deglazed.
Stainless steel allows a very rapid rise in temperature. This heat is uniform throughout the pan.
When the handle is removed, the Mutine stainless steel pan transforms into a dish, making it practical to finish cooking in the oven. Thus, you can easily move from stove cooking to oven cooking without having to change the container.
For cooking fish, eggs or potatoes, it is preferable to use the Mutine non-stick pan:
its specific coating facilitates the cooking of these delicate foods, preventing them from sticking to the surface.
This is the Exceliss+ coating which is guaranteed free from PFOA and PFAS.
After use, they are easy to clean, allowing you to fully enjoy your culinary preparations without worrying about laborious cleaning. They can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
It is important to note that these pans require the use of a removable handle or removable grip for optimal use. This will allow you to handle the pans safely and easily, thus offering a pleasant and practical cooking experience.
You will find handles and grips directly on our website.
