It is made of 18/10 stainless steel, preserving the taste qualities of food during cooking.
The steamer consists of the following elements:

Its Multiply trilaminate structure is composed of 3 layers for the body of the casserole: stainless steel / aluminum / stainless steel.
The three superimposed layers of the utensil, in 18/10 stainless steel, aluminum and stainless steel, allow uniform diffusion of heat throughout the body of the sauté pan, and not just at the heat-diffusing base. This ensures perfect heat distribution for even cooking of food.
The heat-diffusing base is equipped with 5 layers: stainless steel, aluminum, stainless steel, aluminum, stainless steel.
It allows perfect searing without the need for additional water or fat. In addition, the casserole is a versatile kitchen utensil that meets a multitude of culinary needs such as cooking, tempering, grilling, browning, browning and simmering.
