The CARBON PLUS fish pan is made in France by Debuyer.
Made of white steel, this pan is ideal for cooking whole fish and for grilling under a salamander.
The thick white steel provides a rapid rise in temperature, allowing for the Maillard reaction as well as even heat distribution. Steel provides excellent caramelization of food.
This pan has natural non-stick properties: seasoning is gradual; the more it is used, the less it sticks.
The pan is compatible with all heat sources (including oven flash at 200°C), INCLUDING INDUCTION.
The handle is riveted to the short axis. It's unbreakable.
The tail is French-curved for easy and ergonomic handling.

Tip: Preheat with a little fat.
