Straight sauté dish from the Affinity range with a modern design made in France by Debuyer.
Perfect for sautéing small vegetables and pieces of meat, this sauté pan is made of stainless steel (exterior) and aluminum (interior). Extremely reactive, these materials give your cooking utensil an optimal and very rapid rise in temperature, and cooking stops as soon as the fire is extinguished. The heat is distributed evenly and uniformly over the entire skirt.
Its handles, in riveted cast stainless steel, are ergonomic and allow you a comfortable and secure grip.
This sautoir is compatible with all heat sources, including induction.
The Affinity necklace is available in the following dimensions:
- - Diameter 20cm: height 6.3 cm; thickness 2.3 mm
- - Diameter 24cm: height 7 cm; thickness 2.7 mm; capacity 2.5 liters
