CARE::
Season your pan before first use: clean the pan with hot water and let it dry. Then, brush the inside with a little vegetable oil. Heat over low heat for a few minutes and wipe off any excess oil.
Wash your pan under hot water with non-abrasive dish soap and a sponge.
For delicate cleaning, feel free to soak your pan in hot water.
This pan is dishwasher safe.
Wipe your pan thoroughly after washing and make sure it is completely dry before storing. If oxidation appears—this is harmless—apply a little cooking grease to the affected areas.
