The milk pan CHASSEUR is made in France.
With Chasseur enameled cast iron utensils, preserve all the flavour qualities of ingredients during cooking. This pan allows you to keep sweet or savoury preparations warm.
Its spout makes pouring easy.
Its diameter is 14cm.
The inside of this pan is black enamelled, which provides better scratch resistance and makes cleaning easier.
Note: for the RED colour, the interior is "sand" coloured.
Cast iron, an iron alloy rich in carbon, is one of the materials that retains heat best, distributes it slowly and redistributes it perfectly evenly. Once the cast iron is hot enough, its heat retention properties allow you to reduce the heat to a minimum to gently simmer dishes.
This pan can be used on all hobs, including induction, as well as in the oven.
It is available in 2 colours:
- matte black (with black interior)
- red (with sand interior)
DIMENSIONS AND INFORMATION:
- Diameter: 14cm
- Weight: 1.5 kilos
Wash your pan under hot water with dish soap and a non-abrasive sponge.
For gentle cleaning, feel free to soak your pan in hot water.
It can also be washed in the dishwasher.
Dry your pan thoroughly after washing and ensure it is completely dry before storing. If any oxidation appears – it is harmless – apply a little cooking fat to the affected areas.
