The blade, up to 1.8 mm thick, is satin-finished and made of molybdenum stainless steel (AFNOR Z50CD14). Its hardness level is 57 Rockwell. The tang is extra strong.
Two models are available:
- With a hornbeam wood handle, dried for one year in a park, stained, varnished, and with brass rivets
- With a black polypropylene handle
Care instructions:
- It can be cleaned in the dishwasher or by hand, as you prefer.
- Always store it in a dry place, avoiding excessive contact with other knife blades to preserve its quality and durability.
