Tips for use:

We recommend that you wash your utensil in hot water with washing-up liquid before using it for the first time. Over time, copper will oxidize and change color, this is normal, rest assured it will keep all its conductivity qualities. You can use a copper maintenance paste to restore shine to your utensil.

Also, it is important not to use harsh detergent or bleach on your copper utensil. This product is not dishwasher safe, and metal sponges or steel wool should not be used as they may cause scratches.
