These French-made saucepans are crafted from solid copper, with a tinned interior and a cast iron handle.

These saucepans are compatible with all heat sources EXCEPT induction.

You can use them on induction if you choose to purchase an induction interface disk, which is available on our website.

Usage advice:

We recommend washing your utensil with hot water and dishwashing liquid before first use. Over time, the copper will oxidise and change colour; this is normal and rest assured it will retain all its heat conductivity qualities. You can use a copper care paste to restore shine to your utensil.

Also, it is important not to use harsh detergents or bleach on your copper utensil. This product is not dishwasher safe, and you should avoid using metal sponges or steel wool which could cause scratches.
