The saute pan can be used on all types of hobs except induction. The handles are made of cast iron and are riveted. Do not put in dishwasher.
The exterior of this pan is made of 2.5mm copper, which guarantees perfect heat conduction and even cooking of your food. The interior is made of stainless steel without tinning, making it easy to clean your pan.
The 2.5mm thick copper saute pan is made in France in the Matfer workshops.
Several dimensions are available for this saute pan with two handles:
Diameter 24cm : height: 70mm and capacity: 310cl.
Diameter 28cm : height: 80mm and capacity 490cl.
The utensil described is easy to maintain and can be used on all types of hobs, except induction. It is made of two different materials: copper and stainless steel.
To maintain the copper, it is recommended to use a polishing paste. This paste cleans the copper in depth and restores its shine. It is important to avoid using abrasive products that could scratch the surface of the copper. After using the polishing paste, it is advisable to rinse the utensil with clean water and dry it thoroughly with a soft cloth.
For stainless steel, it is recommended to wash it by hand rather than in a machine. Dishwasher cleaners may contain corrosive agents that can damage the stainless steel surface. It is advisable to use hot water and mild soap to wash the utensil. After washing, it is important to dry it carefully with a soft cloth to avoid water marks.
