The stainless steel frying pan from the Mutine Amovable collection is made from 18/10 stainless steel with a mirror-finish finish. Its removable handles make it easy to store. Mutine Amovible pans are available in 7 different sizes: 16 cm, 20 cm, 22 cm, 24 cm, 26 cm, 28 cm and 30 cm.
These stainless steel pans are ideal for searing meats, as their high-quality heat-diffusing base means that food is perfectly seared without the need for additional water or fat. Cooking meat in stainless steel has the added advantage of making delicious meat juices by deglazing the juices.
When the handle is removed, the Mutine stainless steel frying pan can be used as a dish, allowing you to finish cooking in the oven in a practical and efficient way.
For cooking fish, eggs or potatoes, we recommend using a Mutine non-stick frying pan, specially designed for these foods.
Mutine frying pans, made from 18/10 stainless steel, preserve the flavour of the food and are easy to clean after use. They are compatible with a variety of heat sources, including induction, gas, ceramic and electric hobs. Cookware manufacturer and France’s number one producer of cookware with removable handles and grips, CRISTEL story began life in France in 1849, when the first French pressed saucepan came out of Fesches-le-Châtel workshop and factory, the first CRISTEL production site. Quickly, the enamel branch gained in importance and the company became the second French industrial enterprise under the Second Empire. But in 1981, the manufacturer closed due to a succession of wars, political and economic transformations. Two years later, in 1983, former employees reopened the factory, first illegally then under a cooperative, and gave it a name: CRISTEL. The brand was born.
