This Debuyer cheesecloth for pastry use is perfect for making fruit jellies, teas, custards, sorbets, etc.

Made of stainless steel, your Chinese cheesecloth is strong, hygienic and durable.

Equipped with 2 welded hooks which give it stability, and a support leg, you can place it on round containers, without spilling your preparations.

The cheesecloth is protected from shocks thanks to its thick stainless steel wires.

With its tight 0.4 mm holes for very fine filtration, the mesh is reinforced by a double stainless steel wire which protects it.

Its curved and bendable tail gives it an easy and ergonomic grip. Its frame is also non-deformable.

The bowl stamen is available in the following dimensions:

- Diameter 20cm ; Inner diameter 19.4cm; Length 45cm; Interior height 15.5 cm; Exterior height 21.5cm; Thickness 0.6 cm; for a weight of 0.48 kg.
