Made of 3 layered construction (tri-ply): (stainless steel, aluminium, stainless steel), they guarantee optimal cooking and complete heat distribution across the entire surface. Your dishes can therefore simmer gently over low heat.
They feature measurement markings inside, every 0.5L.
The handles are riveted.
