This copper frying pan is made in France by the MATFER workshops.
The exterior of this frying pan is made of 2.5mm thick copper. The copper provides perfect conduction of heat, for speed and homogeneity of incomparable cooking of your food. The interior of the frying pan, in stainless steel, will allow you to obtain optimal cooking as well as easy maintenance of your frying pan with a "free pouring" edge.
You can use this pan on any hob EXCEPT induction. The pan should not be washed in a dishwasher, but by hand. In cast iron, the tail of the pan is riveted.
Two sizes to choose from for this pan:
Diameter 24cm: height 50mm
Diameter 28cm: height 55mm
The utensil described is easy to clean and can be used on all types of hobs, except induction. It is made of two different materials: copper and stainless steel.
To maintain copper, it is recommended to use a polishing paste. This paste cleans the copper in depth and restores its shine. It is important to avoid using abrasive products that could scratch the surface of the copper. After using the polishing paste, it is advisable to rinse the utensil with clean water and dry it thoroughly with a soft cloth.
For stainless steel, it is recommended to wash it by hand rather than in the washing machine. Dishwasher cleaners may contain corrosive agents that can damage the stainless steel surface. It is advisable to use hot water and mild soap to wash the utensil. After washing, it is important to dry it carefully with a soft cloth to avoid water marks.
This ustensil is easy to clean and care.
To recover the shine of the stainless steel, use polishing paste and wash stainless steel by hand.
It can be used on all types of hobs except induction.
