This fondue set will allow you to prepare and serve Burgundy, Savoyard, or mixed fondues.

The interior of this set is black enameled, which provides better scratch resistance and makes maintenance easier.

Cast iron, a carbon-rich iron alloy, is one of the materials that best retains heat, diffuses it slowly, and redistributes it perfectly evenly. Once the cast iron is hot enough, its heat-retaining properties allow you to reduce the heat to a minimum, allowing dishes to simmer gently.

This set can be used on all hobs, including induction, as well as in the oven.
