Making your own vinegar has never been easier with the vinegar maker made in France by Emile Henry.
Made of ceramic, the vinegar maker has an acid-resistant enamel inside.
To make your own vinegar, simply add vinegar or wine, then regularly fill your vinegar maker with the remains of wine bottles. You will only have to wait 3 weeks to have a vinegar ready to drink.
The lid is removable, for easy filling and washing. The tap is made of boxwood, mounted on a cork stopper from the Jura. The seal is perfect. Also provided is a cup with a diameter of 10cm, allowing you to easily collect the vinegar.
