Made in France by the artisans of the Claude Dozorme workshops, this box of 6 Le Thiers "SHADOW" steak knives is a creation by Thomas Bastide.

A renowned designer, Thomas Bastide has also worked with Baccarart and Hermès. Here, he signs this collection of 6 table knives.

Very chic, these steak knives will add a plus to your table setting. Modern, ergonomic and elegant, the design of these knives is timeless and very detailed. On the blade, the laser signature of Thomas Bastide.

The smooth blade does not tear the meat and cuts it very easily, thanks to a razor sharpening. It has also been forged in a high-end steel X50CrMoV15, which makes it very sharp and very easy to resharpen.

In the composition of the blade, you will find: 

- carbon (for a good edge)

- chrome (for stainless steel)

- molybdenum

- vanadium (for flexibility, for flexibility and for ease of resharpening).

The handle is made of bakelite, original and asymmetrical, the thick side of the handle allows it to be tilted 45° on the table: the blade does not touch the table, for better hygiene. The blade edge is also protected, for a long cutting edge. The ambidextrous grip is comfortable.
