This jam pan is made of solid copper (inside and out) and has two cast iron handles.

This jam pan was made to meet the needs of people wishing to use a copper jam pan, which is ideal for successful preparations, but on an induction hob.

The special induction base is highly technical and allows for even heat distribution throughout the entire body of the copper pan.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

We recommend washing your utensil in hot water with dish soap before first use. Over time, copper will oxidize and change color; this is normal, rest assured it will retain all its conductivity. You can use a copper polish to restore shine to your utensil.

Also, it is important not to use harsh detergents or bleach on your copper utensil. This product is not dishwasher safe, and you should not use metal scouring pads or steel wool, which could cause scratches.

Bonjour, je voudrais savoir quel est le diamètre extérieur du fond de la bassine à confiture pour induction celle qui fait 12L.<br /> Nous avons une plaque induction Siemens 24 cm par 40 cm ,réf de la marmite 205027.
