Made in France by the Matfer workshops, these cooking utensils are made of copper on the outside and stainless steel on the inside.
For all the elements, except for the lid, the copper is 2,5mm thick. For the lid, the thickness is 1,2mm.
These utensils can be used on all types of hobs except induction. No dishwasher.

The utensil described is easy to maintain and can be used on all types of hobs, except induction. It is made of two different materials: copper and stainless steel.
To maintain the copper, it is recommended to use a polishing paste. This paste cleans the copper in depth and restores its shine. It is important to avoid using abrasive products that could scratch the surface of the copper. After using the polishing paste, it is advisable to rinse the utensil with clean water and dry it thoroughly with a soft cloth.
For stainless steel, it is recommended to wash it by hand rather than in a machine. Dishwasher cleaners may contain corrosive agents that can damage the stainless steel surface. It is advisable to use hot water and mild soap to wash the utensil. After washing, it is important to dry it carefully with a soft cloth to avoid water marks.
