Copper ensures perfect heat conduction for speed and evenness of cooking that is unmatched for your food. The interior of the pan, made of stainless steel, allows for optimal cooking and easy maintenance of your pan, which features a "pouring edge".
You can use this frying pan on all heat sources, EXCEPT induction.
Do not wash the pan in a dishwasher; hand wash only. The handle is riveted in cast iron.

To care for the copper, it is recommended to use a polishing paste. This paste cleans the copper deeply and restores its shine. It is important to avoid abrasive products that could scratch the copper surface. After using the polishing paste, rinse the utensil with clear water and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
For the stainless steel, it is recommended to wash by hand rather than in a machine. Dishwasher detergents may contain corrosive agents that can damage the stainless steel surface. Use warm water and mild soap to wash the utensil. After washing, dry thoroughly with a soft cloth to avoid water marks.
This ustensil is easy to clean and care.
To recover the shine of the stainless steel, use polishing paste and wash stainless steel by hand.
