The Tube is a pressurized piston that offers a range of uses similar to those of classic piping bags, such as filling, garnishing, and decorating, with the added advantage of allowing precise dispensing. It stands out for its ability to handle thick preparations like smooth creams and choux pastry.
Its use is simple: just squeeze the handle to release a precise amount of mixture. Thanks to its dial with graduations in centiliters (cl) and ounces (oz), you can precisely adjust the desired quantity. The Tube's reservoir is transparent and graduated in cl and oz, with a capacity of 0.75 liters, making it easy to fill and see the remaining preparation level. Its flexible syringe system adapts to the amount of preparation in the reservoir, allowing you to interrupt the flow between pumps, ensuring complete control. The Tube's lids feature a quarter-turn locking system, simplifying assembly and quick disassembly. When you purchase.
