Billot de cuisine CHABRET en bois debout modèle Croc

The Original Croc Kitchen Chopping Block made by Chabret

Comptoir des Industries invites you to discover a chopping block to bite into!
We previously mentioned the Gruyère chopping block, which evoked the famous cheese so delicately grated over children's pasta. But today, we are going to talk about a chopping block at least as original.
Made by the teams at Chabret, the Croc Kitchen Chopping Block!
A chopping block that looks as if it has already been bitten.
Chabret chopping blocks are made in the Loire department with expertise and techniques passed down from generation to generation since 1885, over 130 years ago! These chopping blocks have proven themselves with both professional and amateur cooks!
They are made from end-grain wood, meaning that quality wood from sustainably managed forests in the Jura is cut into pieces which are then assembled using secret techniques even Comptoir des Industries does not know.
The pieces of wood are assembled to offer the greatest possible resistance to cutting, with the wood fibres oriented vertically.
The chopping blocks are thus very durable and do not break or crumble, much to the delight of cooking enthusiasts.

Chabret kitchen chopping blocks are renowned for their longevity, durability, in one word: quality!

To keep your chopping block in impeccable condition, we recommend simply rinsing it in the sink and immediately drying it, which prevents the wood from warping. Indeed, the chopping blocks are made of solid end-grain wood and are sensitive to moisture, so be careful where you store them.
To keep it in good condition for a very long time, Comptoir des Industries offers two accessories sold by Chabret: the care treatment to apply regularly on the chopping blocks and the scraper to remove it!
You can find these items just below the "add to basket" button.

This kitchen chopping block in end-grain wood is made according to the NF food hygiene standard. A reliable, efficient and quality product suitable for collective catering.
